We will hold your key and electric card secure, and provide the following monthly 10 star checks.

1. Check Your Apartment for damage, cracks and general deterioration of decor.
2. Electric and Water meter check with a reading available on request by Whatsapp.
3. Run water through the pipes, clean sand dirt and contaminates out. Check for leaks on taps and pipes.
4. Physical check on all flex pipes under the sinks in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Check to see if they have become brittle or show signs of rust and corrosion.
5. Check Air Conditioning unit/ units inside and out visually. Carry out a functional check of the inside unit cooling system during the spring summer and autumn months. Carry out functional check of the inside heating system during winter months. Remove and clean filters on internal A/C units as required. Remove dust and sand as required.
6. Light Bulbs , check all lightbulbs are working and replace where needed. *note all dead bulbs will be left in the apartment for owners to confirm bulb is dead. Small charge applies to cover replacement and installation.
7. Sweep floors and remove build up of sand.
8. Clean windows and glass inside. Clean glass outside to reduce build up of dirt and sand.
9. Wipe down surfaces where dust and sand builds up. Using disinfectant spray clean and wipe down kitchen work tops. Using Disinfectant spray clean, toilet , shower and bathroom sink.
10. Balcony sweep and remove sand, clean and wipe down balcony furniture.

All this is recorded on a monthly WhatsApp video and sent directly to your mobile.
